Queen of Bavaria also known as the Golden Conure can NOT be shipped out of the state of Florida unless you have the proper permits.

Health of Bird:

It is our Desire to sell only healthy birds. You are encouraged to take the bird to an Avian (Bird) vet within 2 days from date of sale (obviously if you are purchasing a hand-feeding bird we are asking you to take the bird purchased to the vet once you pick it up from the store). Should the vet find any serious health problems and you bring documentation, we will issue you store credit or exchange the bird.

We cannot exchange or give credit for the following reasons: Change of mind, jealousy (by other pets), allergies (we do sympathize) or lack of allowance of adjustment time fot the bird to its new surroundings. When bird is purchased you will recieve a care sheet explaing the proper acclimation times, the variety of foods, fruits and vegtables to feed your baby. As always our Staff is always a phone call, e-mail or message away for all of your questions and or concerns.

Customers are advised that Birds are purchased "AS IS" condition. We cannot be held liable for any bird disease or condition. However, we will never knowingly sell a bird in a poor health condition. We recomment that you take your new bird to an avian veterinarian within 48hours of purchase (or 48 hours of recieving your bird). If the examination reveals a pre-existing condition in the bird, we will consider at our discretion, refuding the purchase price. A copy of the veterinary record will be required, and all medical bills incurred will be your responsibility.

Purchasing your bird from our website you agree to these terms and conditions. If you are purchasing a handfed baby and you are awaiting the arrival we appreciate all of your patience. We can NOT give you an exact date of arrival due to this being a LIVE BIRD. We do not rush the weening process and ask that you do call into the store to check on your babies as we also will make it an effort to update you on your purchase.
